The 3030 Bridgeway office building is another asset in Seagate Properties’ portfolio. The C-PACE proceeds funded the installation of 76kW rooftop solar system on a suburban office building, which is located down the street from CleanFund headquarters on the waterfront of Sausalito, CA.
Hosting 92 tenants, Seagate wanted a financing solution that would provide the highest cash-flows and make it economically feasible to install solar on 3030 Bridgeway.
CleanFund provided $269,000 in C-PACE financing with a 30-year term for the installation of a 76kW rooftop solar system. The long-terms matched the useful life of the solar panels, allowing for a cash-positive improvement.
