Chief Executive Officer
John has extensive leadership experience from serving as CEO for three Inc. 500 companies. These include Club One, a fitness club company he grew to over 100 locations and over 1,000 employees, and Greenline Industries, a biodiesel company. Most recently John was the Managing Director for Clean Energy at Imperial Capital, and also has experience with Bain and Company and Bessemer Venture Partners. John received a B.A. in Human Biology, an M.S. in Industrial Engineering, and MBA degrees from Stanford University.

Jason is the founder of Burnett EcoEnergy and Mayor of Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA. Previously, Jason was the Associate Deputy Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency where he coordinated energy and climate change policy across the EPA and led the development of greenhouse gases regulations. Jason has also worked for a brokerage and consulting firm, Evolution Markets, where he assisted companies and governments with the carbon market. Jason holds a Master of Arts in Earth Systems and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University, and is a trustee of the David and Lucile Packard Foundation.

Managing Partner, Program Development and Government Relations
Craig is one of the foremost authorities on PACE finance and has several decades' experience in municipal finance. In his role as financial advisor to the city of Berkeley, he was part of the team that originated the financial structure for PACE in 2008. He is an advisor to the U.S. Department of Energy on enabling PACE programs nationwide. Craig is a founder of Northcross, Hill & Ach, Inc., a financial advisory firm to California municipalities. He received B.S. degrees in Managerial Economics and Agricultural Economics from the University of California at Davis.

Chief Investment Officer
Tom was Managing Director and co-founder of US Renewables Group from 2004 to 2012. He has both advised and executed on multi-billion dollar structured financings in the environmental and energy sectors for over 20 years. Previously Tom ran the Energy and Utilities Group at Dresdner and headed a $3 billion dollar Global Project Debt Fund at Chase. He has been on multiple cleantech boards. Tom has a BA in Politics for UC Santa Cruz and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.

Edwin F. Feo is a pioneer in renewable energy development and finance. He was a co-founder and Managing Director of USRG Renewable Finance, a company that arranged the senior debt financing for 375 MW of rooftop PV projects in multi-year development programs. Ed is also a Managing Director of Coronal Management, an alternative energy company that develops, finances, builds, operates and maintains PV projects for corporations and non-profit organizations. Mr. Feo was named one of the "Five Most Influential People in Renewable Energy" by Euromoney/Institutional Investor.Previously Ed was the co-chair of the Global Project Finance practice at the international law firm of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, where he closed over $35 billion in clean energy transactions. He holds a BA and JD from UCLA.

Associate and Office Manager
Most recently Danielle has been responsible for day-to-day operations and project management at Burnett EcoEnergy, a start-up providing financing for commercial energy efficiency retrofits. Danielle has previous experience in the renewables sector, driving the due diligence, development and permitting of turnkey biodiesel refineries. Danielle has worked in Political Campaign Management and holds a B.A. in International Relations from Pomona College.

Managing Partner, Finance, CFO
Jud has been a CFO for over 20 years with a focus on early stage companies. Operating experience includes both public and private companies, many venture capital financed. Experience includes IPO and M&A and transactions. Companies include Hybrid Networks, Plexus Computers, Onyx Systems and Dolby Laboratories. Fortune 500 experience includes Arcata National and Boise Cascade. Jud received a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the University of Washington. Laird Cagan has a distinguished 30 year history of creative finance. He has been investing in high growth companies for over 20 years and specifically in renewable energy and alternative energy for 10 years. He is the Founder/Managing Director of Cagan McAfee Capital Partners and Executive Chairman of Blue Earth, a company focused on energy efficiency retrofits as well as renewable energy development and construction/installation. He began his career at Goldman, Sachs and then Drexel Burnham Lambert in the M&A departments where he closed $15 billion in transactions. He holds BS and MS degrees in Engineering as well as an MBA, all from Stanford University.

Vincent has over forty years of domestic and international executive experience in both the corporate and investment sectors. Vincent has managed a VC fund, EuroUS Ventures, he was the CEO of leverage buyout equity fund and Investment Banking firm, Menke Titolo Capital Corp., and he was the Senior VP and CFO of three NYSE companies – Ampex Corp., Tymshare Inc., & Shaklee Corp. Mark Chasan is a whole-systems integrator with deep experience in business, finance, technology, law, operations, business development and wellness. Mark has a track record as a successful Internet entrepreneur and innovator with a public exit (Founder & CEO of Emusic); a Fortune 25 executive (Leader of IBM’s Digital Media Consulting Practice); a lawyer (Chasan & Associates and currently “Of Counsel” to Hobson, Bernardino+Davis); a merchant banker, strategic and finance advisor who has participated in over $100 million of financing and has relationships with over $80 billion in capital and the developer of social and economic change (AWE Global, Inc). Mark holds BS and Juris Doctor degrees from Western State University, Fullerton.

Joe has been in the investment banking and real estate business for over 20 years. While at Lehman Brothers and Prudential Securities, he structured over $8 billion in financings for healthcare clients in the US. Most recently, Joe was Managing Director of Capital Markets for Jones Lang LaSalle and founder of Duke Healthcare Capital. He has advised on the structuring and sale of bonds, capital strategy and on overall real estate strategy for clients. Joe has been a guest lecturer at Stanford Business School and the USC School of Public & Health Policy and is an Honors Graduate of the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.

James has extensive experience working in the public finance sector including the evolution of PACE programs. This includes leading teams for two of the largest economic development bond issuers in the country, the Public Finance Authority and the California Statewide Communities Development Authority. Danielle has spent much of the past decade in the field of education, striving to develop the minds and self-worth of children from toddlerhood through high school. Her previous experience also includes a wide range of event planning and fundraising work. She has been involved with many charities including The Alzheimer’s Association, where she chaired two committees and Project Open Hand and Yuppie Friday, where she organized silent auctions for their annual events.
